How To Really Motivate Clients

Upcoming course - Facilitated by David Manchester is this 1 day introduction to motivational interviewing - on in Hobart, 9th July 2015. The course covers such things as why traditional approaches to motivating clients often fail and how to best give unwanted feedback.

The groups are for people with brain injury, their family and carers to come together to share, learn and connect with others.

People living with brain injury, including families, friends and carers, often say that peer support was very helpful to them on their journey towards recovery. People who have 'been there' have knowledge and expertise based on their own lived experience. Sharing this knowledge can help others to understand their own experience and move forward.

Brain Injury Peer Support Groups

The Brain Injury Association of Tasmania (BIAT) invite you to attend Brain Injury Peer Support Groups in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone. The first Hobart group will meet on Wednesday 11 December, with groups in Launceston and Ulverstone starting in January 2020.
