BIAT Membership is for people with brain injury, their families and carers, organisations, students and other interested parties.
Being a member of BIAT keeps you up to date with information and decisions that may affect your day-to-day life and/or your work.
BIAT membership benefits include receiving our regular newsletters, as well as priority invitation to relevant BIAT events.
Membership updates may include policy changes, service developments and information about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will also be kept informed about what is happening in the world of brain injury, such as new research, coping strategies for those with ABI, and their families and carers, and relevant Tasmanian and Australian services and events.
BIAT offers three (3) types of membership: Full, Associate and Honorary.
Membership costs listed on the BIAT website are correct for 2018. Memberships are for a calendar year. If joining BIAT part way through the year, you will receive all relevant information and magazines that have been included out in the previous mailings of that year.
